As you can see, all the above three factors of the law of attraction are a part of our thought processes that are manifest in actions like asking, believing, receiving, etc. Now, the law of attraction also includes controlling those thought processes that are basically tiny pulses of energy.
As we engage ourselves with our thoughts and let them out of our system, these pulses of energy travel around the universe, gathers positive or negative forces and recoils back to us with much bigger force. If we think in terms of harming a person, the tiny speck of energy picks up far more harmful energies en route and comes back to us with more harmful episodes. Thus runs an old Chinese axiom, “The fire that burns in your heart for somebody else, burns you more”. This study describe an experiment measuring the moment of inertia of an electric medicare power wheelchairs (EPW) using a torsional pendulum method. Inertia of the wheelchair is an important factor for control, which is a key issue in wheelchair driving. The experimental test platform consisted of a bottom circular wood plate, an upper metal plate, and four ropes. Materials with known moments of inertia such as the metal disk and cylinder were used to test the accuracy of the system. The EPW used in the experiment was Invacare G3 Torque SP Storm Series. The measured result of the moment inertia of the wheelchair was 5.2280 kg.m(2) and handicap scooters the errors of the system are less than 10% even when the object is only 25lbs. The effects of rear-wheel camber on the mechanical parameters produced during the wheelchair sprinting of handibasketball athletes

This study examined the effects of different rear-wheel camber (9 degrees , 12 degrees and 15 degrees )-today used mainly in the handibasket championship-on the various kinetic and kinematic parameters of the propulsion cycle. Eight males, all players in the French handibasket championship, were asked to participate in this study. They performed three 8 s maximal sprints as measured by a wheelchair ergometer, 9 degrees , 12 degrees , and 15 degrees of rear-wheel camber. The results of our study show that residual torque increases in proportion to the increase in wheel camber. This could explain other study results, which show a decrease in mean velocity and an increase in both power output and time of the propelling phase, in relation to the wheel camber. These results should provide the information necessary for optimal wheelchair regulation.

Reliability and validity of the power-mobility community driving assessment
The Power-Mobility Community Driving Assessment (PCDA) is a performance-based measure designed to assess driving performance of individuals using power wheelchairs or handicap scooters in community environments. This article reports the results of pilot testing and an evaluation of the assessment’s reliability and validity. Pilot testing was conducted with a random selection of Canadian occupational therapists working in the area of mobility. Although the response rate was very low, feedback confirmed the utility of the measure and contributed to one substantive scoring revision. Reliability and validity testing was conducted with a sample of 34 drivers. Internal consistency results were positive. Interrater reliability was fair to high but limited by the lack of variability in the scores. Construct validity hypotheses were tested on the relationships between PCDA scores and vision, perception, cognition, and environmental accessibility.
